WarrantyEach new home built by JDR Contracting carries a one year warranty materials and workmanship as described on the warranty documents presented to you at the closing of your new home. Please refer to these documents to understand what are warranty items and what are normally maintenance items. For warranty items, you can fill out a Request for Service form (click on link and print out), list the warranty items and mail or fax to JDR. A JDR service rep will be contacting you to make an appointment to take care of the warranty issues within one week.
